Barney never intended for CRM to become his career, but nearly two decades later, here he is as the co-founder of Futureform. After working with Siebel for a few years, his head was turned by Salesforce, and once his eyes were opened to the capability of the platform, there was no turning back. He has been a Salesforce consultant in the UK and US, working with many of the largest and smallest Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, and Private Equity firms.
