Barney never intended for CRM to become his career, but nearly two decades later, here he is as the co-founder of Futureform. After working with Siebel for a few years, his head was turned by Salesforce, and once his eyes were opened to the capability of the platform, there was no turning back. He has been a Salesforce consultant in the UK and US, working with many of the largest and smallest Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, and Private Equity firms. As Futureform grows, Barney is excited about building a motivated and enthused team to help our customers on their Salesforce journeys.
Iwan Schafthuizen – Partner and MD Business Development, Goal-Based Planning, Ortec Finance
Iwan joined Ortec Finance in 2008 as the Managing Director of Business Development for Goals-Based Wealth Management. Since then, he has been instrumental in onboarding numerous global banks, wealth managers, pension providers, and insurers to the OPAL solution, empowering their financial advisers to create and manage goals-based financial plans for their clients. Iwan holds a degree in Econometrics and Marketing from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Before joining Ortec Finance, he spent 17 years in senior management roles at prominent financial planning organizations. In his current role as Managing Director of Business Development & Platforms for Global Wealth Solutions at Ortec Finance, Iwan oversees all aspects of the company’s partnerships and alliances in the global wealth management industry, including collaborations with Salesforce, Deloitte, and Conquest. He continues to be deeply involved in developing new markets and opportunities for OPAL.
