Solution Architect

What we ask from our Solution Architects:

  • Represent Futureform’s expertise both from a functional and technical perspective
  • Strive to deliver excellent client experiences
  • Work following an Agile methodology and Scrum framework
  • Contribute to pre-sales effort where required
  • Apply critical thinking when it comes to our client’s requirements and vision for their Salesforce solution
  • Act as a Salesforce technical advisor for our clients and lead business development efforts by understanding customer’s business, processes and system needs
  • Lead discovery workshops, create and present the solution design to clients
  • Support the technical and functional teams during implementation and drive Salesforce best practices
  • Be accountable for the overall quality and scalability of the design
  • Understand the Salesforce ecosystem and recommend partner applications based on client needs
  • Understand how Salesforce fits into broader enterprise architecture patterns
  • Be committed to our team’s and clients’ success
  • Display accountability and craftsmanship in what they do

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You are a great team player with a can do attitude, love learning and sharing knowledge
  • You have demonstrable experience leading technical teams
  • You have 5+ years of demonstrable Salesforce experience within the partner ecosystem
  • You have 2+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect
  • You hold current Salesforce certifications
  • You have experience of Software Development Lifecycle using the Agile methodology and other frameworks
  • You have worked in a client facing role managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • You have strong Salesforce configuration skills
  • You have extensive experience on different Salesforce products
  • You have worked with Appexchange Salesforce products such as DocuSign and Conga
  • You are a natural leader able to drive teams to success
  • You are an open communicator and enjoy building relationships
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
  • You have the right to work in the UK
  • Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Industries
  • Financial Services, Banking or Insurance sectors experience
